After my insurance company sent their company out, who did very little and I had an awful smell, along with some mold forming. So I took things into my own hands and had worked with Stephanie previously. After reaching out to the new team, everything turned around (FOR THE GOOD) the team responded within an hour and showed up prepared to work. Oh wow, did they work!!! All of my wet contents were handled with care, all of my walls and ceilings had to be removed and fans etc were set up to dry my wet rooms. I do not think as much would have been able to be restored without the Aqua Restore It team!! GREAT JOB!
